Geneseo, IL. July 6th, 2023 – Geneseo Performing Arts Council receives funds from Geneseo Communications Charitable Foundation in support of the district’s fine arts program
As part of its commitment to give back to the community, Geneseo Communications Charitable Foundation recently announced that it will donate $1,000 to Geneseo Performing Arts Council (GPAC).
“We are extremely grateful to the Geneseo Communications Charitable Foundation,” said TJ Splear, President of Geneseo Performing Arts Council. “Backing from organizations like Geneseo Communications, Inc. enables us to support the Geneseo School Districts fine arts programs in grades K-12. Funds raised through our annual Music Festival event are used to support the Music, Speech, and Theater programs as well as help fund scholarships for students attending summer band, choir, theater and/or leadership camps.”

The Geneseo Communications Charitable Foundation was established in 2002 by Geneseo Communications, Inc. to enhance, develop and benefit the Geneseo Community.
Geneseo Communications Charitable Foundation grant applications can be found at www.Geneseo.com and can be submitted at any time throughout the year. Applications are reviewed quarterly and all 501(c) 3 organizations that reside within Geneseo Communications servicing area are encouraged to apply.
