Geneseo, IL. January 23rd – Geneseo High School Soccer Boosters and the Geneseo Soccer Club will acquire a new LCD System made possible through the support of Geneseo Communications Charitable Foundation
As part of its commitment to give back to the community, Geneseo Communications Charitable Foundation recently announced that it will award $1,920 to Geneseo High School Soccer Boosters and the Geneseo Soccer Club for the purchase of a new LCD System.
This new LCD System will be mounted in the Geneseo Foundation Activity Center and available for use by all Geneseo High School activities as well as hosted tournaments like the 9th annual Seth Ernst Soccer Slam. The LCD System will allow viewing of running action shots and event video as well as serve as a communication board for facility participants and guests. “The goal with the LCD System is to enhance the facility experience for players at all levels which in turn will help to support and grow facility events.” Jill DePauw, Seth Ernst Soccer Slam Tourney Director.
The Geneseo Communication Charitable Foundation was established in 2002 by Geneseo Communications, Inc. to enhance, develop and benefit the Geneseo Community.
Geneseo Communication Charitable Foundation grant applications can be found here and can be submitted at any time throughout the year. Applications are reviewed quarterly and all 501(c) 3 organizations that reside within Geneseo Communications servicing area are encouraged to apply.
