As part of its commitment to give back to the community, Geneseo Communications Charitable Foundation recently announced that it will donate $5,000 to Rebuilding Together Henry County in support of their mission to help elderly and low income homeowners with needed home repairs as well as support the organizations Wheel Chair Ramp Program.
“Rebuilding Together helps preserve and revitalize neighborhoods by performing much-needed repairs to houses of low-income homeowners – particularly elderly and disabled persons and families in need within the Geneseo, Cambridge, Colona and Annawan districts. This past year a record number of wheel chair ramps were installed as well as many home repair projects completed. Together with the support of Geneseo Communications we hope to continue to provide those in need with necessary home repairs as well as provide those that are disabled with the gift of mobility.” Sarah Snyder, Executive Director, Rebuilding Together Henry County.
